How the program works.

Own 2 or more rentals and every system we replace costs less than our regular price. It is written on each quote as its own line. Each property gets its own invoice, so your books stay simple.

  1. Check eligibility. Three questions on this page. You see your result right away.
  2. Book a visit at one rental. We look at the system there. Tell us about the others and we plan those too.
  3. Get a quote per unit. Your program pricing is on each one. One invoice per property if you go ahead.

What you get

Free visit and written quote

$0 · No obligation
  • A look at the system, ducts and electrical panel at the rental we visit
  • Options for a heat pump, furnace, mini split or AC, whichever fits
  • A written quote for each unit, with your program pricing on it
  • One invoice per property, so each rental's paperwork stays separate
  • We check every property for utility rebates it may qualify for
  • Installed by Varsity's own crew out of Federal Way
How does the pricing work?
Every system we replace costs less than our regular price. Each one gets its own line on your quote, so you can see it. Want the number now? Call our booking line at (425) 336-7492 and ask.
Does it cover repairs?
No. The program is for new systems only: heat pumps, furnaces, mini splits and AC. Repairs are not part of it.
Do I have to be there?
No. If a tenant lives there, we call them to set a time. We never discuss pricing with your tenant. The written quote goes only to you, the owner.
Will I get a rebate?
We can't promise one. It depends on the home and the utility. We check each property and tell you what it may qualify for.
What if I only own one rental?
You can still book a free visit and get a written quote at our regular price. The program pricing starts at two rentals.

The people who show up at your rentals.

Varsity is a local, family-owned company in Federal Way. The person who knocks on your tenant's door works for us, not a subcontractor, and arrives in a Varsity vehicle.

I solicited a half dozen bids from smaller local HVAC companies for a mini split system in my condo, and Varsity's quote was the price to beat.
